The Heartland Community Fund

The Heartland Community Fund was designed to help connect the Heartland Cafe & Restaurant to the charities serving our community.

A portion of the sales of our signature Heartland dishes will go into the fund, which will be used to provide charities with some of their donation requests.

We receive multiple donation requests each week so we ask all charities to fill out the below form for consideration.
